This is so important. I was at a meeting last year where I was told to say that I am not obstructing them and am following Uni policy to call U counsel so they can address. But there were only around 10 people at mtg so I don’t think many faculty know what to say or do.

Paper rejection for me. I pick journals I honestly believe are appropriate; in US system, I have come to expect grant will be rejected at least once so I may just be desensitized
