Chart is weird: None of the specified cities show a majority with criminal charges (past or pending), yet the overall US category shows 67% with criminal charges. That means that stats from other than the specified cities had to have extremely high rates of criminal charges

I suggest they already knew all that about this guy but they ran to the press to make their lies go viral before the truth came out (perhaps they stupidly thought they could suppress the actual facts coming out)
