There are legitimate issues that have been brought up about the division and it's management/funding that are being overshadowed by an unreal expectation or belief that if more maintenance had just been done, no one would have flooded. What's curious is that the description for 19 says it's a $9,606,599 item. The attached resolution says $67,401,584. 26 is for $8,151,291 with a matching resolution. And people wonder why folks don't trust the admin.
