I wish someone would just come to my house and rifle through my art and buy some and take it away, and I know that's a thing that happens, because I've caught a lift with a buyer, but NO, I must MEASURE, and PUT RECTANGLES INTO RECTANGLES, my least favourite thing.

Also, if anyone is after an elusive Australian paperback of Flyaway, I know:
- Avid Reader (Brisbane)
- Slow Glass (online)
and
- Book Cow (Canberra)
each had at least one remaining as of yesterday.

Great book launch last night for @tanaudel.bsky.social ’s Queensland gothic novel HONEYEATER with Barbie Robinson at the Book Cow! Loved hearing about the interplay between Kathleen’s visual art and writing, and how much fun the gothic is. How stunning is that cover too 🥀 🪲 🖤 📚
