Tbh though, given the state of a lot of the “rail furs” - I wouldn’t trust them with a satsuma, let alone a locomotive.

Yeah, on the new Windows 11 version of Outlook there’s an option to send an emoji as a response - but you get notified as if it’s a proper reply
It’s especially annoying for things like support tickets which reopen the ticket if they respond with one after you’ve closed it.
