2 wks ago I deleted my short video apps: YouTube, TikTok, FB, and Instagram. I feel more balanced. I'm more patient. I'm happier. I'm spending more time with my husband and animals. I'm getting more sleep. I'm eating better. It's easier to stay sober. I'm joining my local gym on payday.
