Here it is. My totally not at all fungible top 20 favorite movies of 2025 listed in an order that is *definitely* a hard and fast ranking. This could have easily been a top 35 or more. Good year.

Got the first two hardcover omnibus volumes of Grant Morrison’s Batman run as a gift and they’re great EXCEPT the DC Comics logos do not match and it’s very annoying on the shelf

Got my first taste of IQIYI last night with Chris Huo’s THE SIXTH ROBBER. Feels like a grimy 90s HK crime movie but with some modern flaws. Lots of well conceived action and a good little role for Yuen Biao. Hooted and hollered.
