GOP Senator Spencer Deery confirms he's a NO. Actual vote nearing.

He did not outright say it, though, so some suspense remains.

I admit I'm not sure why all Democrats showed up today in light of this, given that one of their absences would have forced the GOP to produce an extra vote. I don't know if one would have the option of not voting.

After all that, it appears that every GOP senator is present after all.

Whether that suggests the 'yes' has the votes or not, well, we shall soon see.

The reports are a little vague at the moment... what we do know is that 3 people were absent yesterday.

A TPUSA official, plus MAGA media personality John Fredericks, are both saying this morning that GOP Senator Ryan Mishler is not going to be present for the vote today because he's in Florida.

Important: The GOP needs 26 affirmative votes — no matter how many people vote.
