This enables many attributes that I’ve seen as borderline narcissistic: gaslighting, deflecting, minimizing, etc.
Thankfully, I’m secure enough to not let my character grt bruised. I see it as an opportunity to communicate bluntly, with more intent, and without remorse or expectations.
