So this is where we are: The government's goons are de facto terrorists and their presence is to be defended against with detailed planning and with extraordinary measures, by your local school teachers. As if just being a teacher wasn't already enough.

At the same time, all of the ESL teachers (and many others) are going through the onerous process of becoming official "school drivers", which involves getting your vehicle inspected etc etc. Just in case there's word of (eg) ICE at a bus stop, so they can get their kids out of there.
