Fluorescent orange and fluorescent pink objects look orange under the lamp (but not "neon"). Normal orange paint looks the same as grey.

That's why gender recognition existed in the first place. We've been through this whole conversation already and it happened so recently that I cannot believe any adult in politics my age or older has just wiped the details from their brains.

The other "solution" is to outright ban people from transitioning, and that *won't work*. People have been doing it since forever regardless of state support or impediment. All that happens without the support is awful conditions for trans people.
