Honestly, its likely to do with Metallica's history of song rights. Remember when they did a performance on Twitch and the Copyright muted the whole thing? Apple streams and upload the performances to youtube. Also I think Jay-Z is head of the committee that picks the performer

One thing that wasnt mentioned in this that I personally, as a Memphis resident, have to deal with is Elon refuses to pay for the Electrical Bill his AI Super Computer generates so MLGW has passed the almost $700k bill onto the rest of us.
