This weekend, I baked 90% of these apples and 1 quince from my quince tree into a (very large) pie. Sadly the pie was too tall for my upper oven and got a bit burnt on top 😫 but the fruit filling still tastes amazing. It might be ugly, but I made it from my own fruit! 🌱🍽️
