A5 My level of support for enhancing mental well-being should be based on the level of support (resources, time, etc) that I received from my HE institution. Authentic support is meaningful when leading by example #LTHEchat

A4 HE leaders should focus more on 'facilitating the working experience' of lecturers and not only the 'student learning experience' by reducing admin #workload, unnecessary #meetings, 'reward' good practices, target #feedback for improvement, better communication, etc #LTHEchat

A3 I embed mental #wellbeing in the #HE curriculum following the "put your oxygen mask on first, then to a dependent". So, assessment and marking should be #challenging enough, create an #emotional connection student-lecturer, being supportive according to my availability #LTHEchat

A1 I understand 'mental wellbeing in the HE curriculum' as teaching and research practices (I suppose also admin work too?) related to keeping the state of mind and supporting self-care, sense of purpose, belonging, etc #LTHEchat

A6, I would invest more time in showing and discussing how to use AI ethically through critical thinking (evaluation of the output), and improving the formulation of questions (prompts). Some practices, to some extent, are straightforward, such as developing a summary #LTHEChat

A5 Maybe just a chat / conversation in class, in pairs, teams, and plenary (without AI tools). Then other activities may include its use. Maybe the use of non-written documents, maybe through painting, images, artefacts, Lego, etc. Students can express knowledge in different ways #LTHEChat
