Another complaint was because apparently I sound rude. I try my best to use my customer service voice but unfortunately I have a very dry tone. What other people interpret into that isnt really my fault.....

Im not in trouble or anything, my boss just let me know and she personally doesnt care but the boss of her also got the same complaint about me. I wouldnt even think about complaining about an employee because of stuff like this????
