I found the Family Truckster. Taken with a Xenotar 105mm 2.8 on Tri-X.

Old Car City on the Maxxum/Planar 50mm combo and Kodak Gold.

It's pretty amazing what HP5 can do at 800. This is with the Maxxum 7 and the 24mm Distagon.

Got some pictures back from the Super Kinax III for a belated #folderweek contribution using Lomography 100. Of course I chose some strong sun to point the camera at. I also learned I was a little rusty on my zone focusing.

I have two. Both Minoltas. The Maxxum 5. Packed with feature including spot metering.Tiny. And the XD-11, which has gotten overshadowed by the X-700. Small. Refined. Basically the same camera as a Leica R4.

1950s combo doing its thing. Xenotar 105mm 2.8 and Tri-X. Because of my loupe oversight I had trouble seeing my lines on the Arca-Swiss, but I got the framing worked out eventually.

Bet you all didn't know I had a Nikon. Got this at an estate sale for $10 a few years ago. Thinking about using my pre-ai lenses. But, first, waiting on some foam to redo the light seals.

All of my weekend exposed film. And, I finally got the film out of the Kinax. Better late than never.

First impressions of Arca-Swiss and Benro tripod head: Camera is unbelievable smooth. Bright ground glass. Can pack up and set up easily. The zeros help - even though I forgot to zero out two shots. Hybrid head was great because also used it for 35mm and ball was good while I used gears for A-S.

Finally. Out with my Arca-Swiss and Xenotar. Of course I forgot my loupe.

Got me some new blades.

Got reminded of this from a conversation on a post by @peterdurst.bsky.social. A 1963 lens test (for what they're worth) of the Rolleiflexes of the time, which would've been the "E" versions.

New Japanese camera grading system just dropped. Excellent +5 is middle?
November 12, 2025 at 12:46 AM
A leftover from the film walk portrait pictures. This was Kodak Gold and the H1.
November 4, 2025 at 1:04 AM
Photography is a hobby for everybody. Provia on the Maxxum.

Some other portraits from the film walk. Color are Gold. B&W are Tmax 100. All with the Hasselblad H1 and the 100mm 2.2.

A few from our local #nokings rally. Taken on Ilford FP4 and the Maxxum 7 with the 24mm and 50mm Zeisses.

Had a portrait-themed film walk last week and got some of those back. Remembered my reflector this time. This is with Kodak Gold and the Hasselblad H1.
October 28, 2025 at 12:19 AM
Some of not-quite-full-fall pictures. I had also forgotten how to operate the camera. All on Ektar and the H1.
October 22, 2025 at 11:08 PM
All of you inspired me to overcome the problem of not being able to get film in this and get some in. #folderweek
October 21, 2025 at 11:00 PM
Time to wrap it up, film folks.
October 21, 2025 at 2:10 PM
Crooked Lake in Michigan. Taken with the H1 and Ektar.

Okay, final tally for the weekend after getting in some portraits today. Pretty good considering my lackluster output this year.
