i’ve been playing one of those where’s waldo style games except with cats lately so i was killing it (i’ve been trying to use little games as a doom scrolling alternative lol)

lol i was so bad at that one bc i’m new to trying to really get into the pwhl but it was a good learning experience😭

and especially the fact that it’s the wave considering how things have been off the pitch there…. like it’s icky for any team but especially that one

hoping that this is their trial and error/pilot period and the kinks are worked out by 27? mostly bc i think it would be amusing that nfl games are the guinea pig for woso (as it should be tbh)

if that’s true, we’re about to see wayy longer and more expensive contracts coming

or takes a little longer to return to form after maternity leave too? or an international player who does incredibly well but doesn’t make these arbitrary lists the next year? like leicy or rebe for example i could see making it one year, out the next just based on international competitions

which goes back to the question of why not just raise the salary cap??

either way causes problems because if not, this is going to lead to so many teams going over the salary cap and if so, there’s going to be tons of expensive contracts through 2029/2030 that players and teams then struggle to get out of (and then also leads to salary cap problems)
