Been a long day today and busy. How do you turn off fight and flight mode? So i can stop an anxiety attack.
Also just ripped up my bathroom unit, also found that its not my back playing up I'm trapping the nerve in my neck

Managed to do a clear out and sorting through my wool. Which will clear most of my room. Though I'm having difficulty time keeping my eyes open only been up 3 hours

I'd better make sure I don't doze off before 9.30am BST. Going to be a very busy day #anxiety and #panicattack better behave today.

Red and Green Apple Bead charm bracelet. There's only one of these listed at the moment but I plan on making at least a couple more. There's 26 tiny apples on there, they take a while to out together. 😉

Unable to sleep, left knee hurting. Had a very massive learning curve aswell today but wants to get up and keep learning.

Wanted a lie-in, well 5 knocks on door in 25 mins "I'm awake" now trying to get warm under blankets on sofa. So either back off to sleep or more knitting?

😭 just watched The Amazing Story of Superman on WB Entertainment (youtube) i think i cried through it. Though it would of been great to go upto Henry Cavill's Superman then it would have been all my favourites at once. But it seems to be the end of Superman now.
