This headline frustrates me so much. The examples aren’t even definitively left wing violence, so it shouldn’t be labeled as such. The group that posted the findings are considered “center” so I’m not sure why they are labeling things far left without absolute proof.

It’s not Alligator Alcatraz. The incarcerated folk there received a trial, however classist and racist the decision may have been. Call it Alligator Auschwitz because it’s accurate. No one has been tried. No one is guilty. And only 28% of those disappeared by ICE even have a so-called criminal past.
