I spent a quite some time in the lab @plantphotobiology.bsky.social and I am grateful for the amazing time!

Ich hätte da so eine völlig verrückte Idee, wie man den Aufstieg extrem rechter Parteien stoppen könnte: Wie wäre es, wenn man mal Politik macht, die für die unteren ca. 90% der Bevölkerung eine spürbare Verbesserung bringt? Dass diese Forderung naiv und weltfremd klingt, ist halt Teil des Problems.

Ich frage mich immer, was denn die Alternative sein soll... Sollen Journalist*innen ab und zu lügen und sagen, dass der Klimawandel nicht existiert? So für Ausgewogenheit?
Oder jeder zweite Artikel muss zwingend Migrant*innen die Schuld geben? (Endlich eine Quotenregelung, die rechts unterstützt?)

Digitalisierung ist eine Investition. Das brauch Menschen, die das Abteilungsübergreifend hinbekommen, Verständnis für Prozesse haben und die Ressourcen bekommen, dass auch zu machen.
Leider sind diese Rahmenbedigungen häufig nicht gegeben. Ich freue mich über jeden digitalisierten Prozess..

Digitalisierung im ÖD ist eine harte Nuss. Ich will nichts verteidigen, da wurde viel verschlafen.
Aber Digitalisierung kostet Geld und Personalressourcen. Beides ist nicht üppig im ÖD. Abteilungen, die eh am Limit sind, sollen plötzlich noch Digitalisieren? Mit wenig zusätzlichen Ressourcen? (1)

Ich seh total, warum man sich über sowas amüsiert, aber vll noch ein anderer Blick darauf:
Das ist ein überschaubarer Prozess - wenig beteiligte andere Abteilungen: Das ist ein idealer Kandidat für ein Pilotprojekt, bei dem man Software und Vorgänge testet, bevor man sich an die "Brocken" wagt.

Wild guess: The causes seem pretty complex and are heavily debated among democrat-leaning voters. And podcast hosts fear to spark political infight by going into this debate. Which might cost them listeners. Also they might fear to roadblock with such debates necessary strategic discussions.

Hatte vor 2 Jahren ein längeres Gespräch mit einer Veterinärin, die 6 Monate im Schlachthof gearbeitet hat. Ich habe viel über diverse Parasiten gelernt. Seit exakt diesem Tag Vegetarier.
