How many ridiculously long and mediocre books can I read at one time 🤔

I don't know what I'm supposed to do with myself when I finish this book. If there is to be a third book, I will eagerly re-read books #1 & #2!

Easiest, cheapest, and most effective way to handle homelessness is to house people.
Quick cultural lecture time, from Sigrid Ellis:

As we are in Spooky Season, why do so many horror movies of the 80s and early 90s feature extremely creepy homeless people?

The first four minutes of a fantasy(?) audiobook being a character list of names I couldn't repeat if I tried, doesn't bode well for me 😅

Rating books with stars is tricky. Is it 5 stars because it's a good book or is it 5 stars because you liked it a whole lot? 😝

Just finished T Kingfisher's new book Hemlock & Silver in just a few days due to a long car ride

I didn't quite follow some of it and at times felt like I was stuck inside of someone else's ADHD brain ...

I almost feel bad for not feeling more hyped about this book.

When a faerie smut story takes on false gods and slavery.

I don't remember who recommended That Time I Got Drunk and Saved a Demon, but thanks, nicely done.

75% through the first book in a trilogy that's 22 hrs long ... only to realize the other two books haven't been published yet 😭

I wish making friends and building community was as easy as it seems in Bookshops & Bonedust ... oh and flirting.

Emotional damage.

(You should watch it though, if you haven't.)

I have started TWO different books since Swordheart and can't seem to settle into either because I just want more of Swordheart.

Somehow my three libraries don't have Clockwork Boys.

Just finished Swordheart by T.Kingfisher.
Such a delightful read.
Gave me the giggles and made me laugh.
Would and will recommend.
