One of the (many) legal gaps that needs to be filled after this nightmare is over is to prohibit federal law enforcement agencies from using federal funds to create propaganda videos with anyone in custody. This is all about spectacle and content creation, remove the incentive and the means

It will take time for people to learn the difference, but if ATProto catches on, I expect that people will start selling little Raspberry Pi-like devices that act as local a PDS that people will plug in and start hosting their own data on them instead of a company.

The tech is very neat.

The US right now, under control of a fascist dictator, does a better job of providing and protecting the rights of Jewish people than modern day Israel.

You really have to like the roguelike combat loop to enjoy the game, but it's VERY well polished in every aspect including the story, characters, combat mechanics, and progression.

Starting a party isn't what they chose.

Their own thing might be to stay home and watch YouTube. It might be to primary existing Democrats and form their own caucus.

But either way, once your response to someone is "fuck off and do your own thing" that's where your input ceases to matter to them.
