Started another #DoctorWho watch in order again. Last one took 3 years. This time watching classic and Nu series concurrently. Unoriginal comments but both relaunch episodes get it right and hook you in for more

An absolute favourite bit of lunancy. Some people dancing to incidental music from The Moonbase in 1966.

This year’s Christmas Day TV is dreadful. Doctor Who is sorely missed

Lovely episode of EastEnders last night. Beautiful little tribute at the start to one of the unsung heroes of the 90s, Roy, played by the great Tony Caunter

The Sea Devils re-edit worked very well. Great pacing and atmospheric. The story that changed my life in 1992!

Well that was an enjoyable few barmy hours of television #theseadevils #thewarbetween

I’ve somehow created an annual tradition where every November and December I stop listening to new Doctor Who audios from big finish and re-listen to some of the older ones. It means that when Christmas comes I’ve got a nice backlog to enjoy over the holiday. Currently working my way through 2005-7

What has made this #doctorwhoday special has been the wonderful fan podcasts. So much love, fun and cheekiness for this daft show.

I know it’s not great but Resurrection has a pace to it which lifts up an unpleasant script.

Seeing the posts about The Target Book Club and getting FOMO. But then realise if I’d have gone, I’d probably have sat there being socially inept not speaking to anyone

Now on to Frontios. My favourite Davison performance. Music is wonderful too.

Watching The Awakening. Davison looks so handsome with the shorter hair. Never worked out whether I like Polly James’s performance or not

Amazing that all these decades later, lads all over the country are now asking their barbers for a 'Colin Baker casting announcement photocall' cut. That's the power of Doctor Who.
