Replaying Breathe of the Wild and I am now completing the Gerudo quest.

Yet, my mind is made up. Like in that instant i felt relieved, alive & fought back to keep my voice & sanity intact.

And i slept like i haven't slept. The good kind that refreshes you once you wake up. I don't feel the dread anymore.

Now i'm just looking forward to enjoying being me once again.

He was flabbergasted at my decision, telling me not to quit drastically.

"This is the nail in the coffin, i am done." I said it in the calmest way i could muster. After the meeting, He kept texting me but i just didn't reply back.

I tendered my resignation & cc'd the CEO who asked for a chat.

And so after this tension filled meeting with my boss (where he tore into me & dumps wholesale negative feedback on me that wasn't there before), i finally voiced out my concerns & just handed in my notice.

I just felt this massive incongruence. Like when they told us to "harmonize" work & life but i could see my peers extending work til midnight. I'm like, "is this the part when i emulate what they say, not what they do?"

This is called pluralistic ignorance. It's assuming that you're the odd one.

I fail to understand the mental gymnastics and even the religious sensitivities of our relatives in US who voted for Trump.

So when you & i get married, we know not to invite. We celebrate us from now on. Everyone who voted for him or aligns with him shouldn't enjoy our kinship.

I just can't with X anymore. Dudes are gloating especially woman-hating tech bros and crypto manics.

X is also taking out the block feature. It's a cesspool. He bought X to aid in elections.
