My guess is that if you can answer 100% of the calls, it's considered that you have too many people employed because they will have down time at some point with no calls. I'm not saying this is great, of course. And I may not even be correct.

Luckily this would be such a disaster to implement, it won't happen even with a regime as stupid as this one.

I know! Also, if the future plan is to have AI replace a lot of workers, isn't that counterproductive to helping downtown businesses? And I'd like to know what the corporate tax revenue from these businesses is compared with the costs of obtaining and maintaining office space. Foolish.
