As a White American who grew up in rural North Carolina, I would like to proclaim that Diwali is the perfect holiday. You get fireworks AND copious amounts of Indian food. Also, jalebi beats the shit out of funnel cake.

As a result of being a stray, Fancy had a heartworm infection. This is more dangerous in cats than in dogs because there is no treatment for cats. It can kill them suddenly and they don't always get rid of it on their own.
