There shouldn't. But this article is just speculation from an addiction soecialist who has issues with ADHD being diagnosed at all (McBride). The patients quoted don't support the story that's being set out at all.

I haven't been able to play the gat or the uke cos I injured my hand (it'll be ok) but this one has a uke sample which just a single note that I did in 2023 and ive used it sooo many times since #bless lol
