Welcome to the world of Ten'Jad, Planet of the Toons, etc.
But Chris, what's the specific Tanya scene that one of your friends happened to show at the Anthro New England convention last weekend?

Was it the one where Tanya sang Dreams to Dream, the one where she gets a makeover, the one where she sang The Girl You Left Behind, or all three scenes?

Which specific scene, though?

Anyway, I shall leave you with a brief fan-edited conceptual video clip montage that lays out a small inkling of what I envision for my planned Planet of the Toons epic, all in a very brisk 30 seconds...

Although, in real life, a mouse like Tanya Mousekewitz actually CANNOT roar like a lion can!

Well, hopefully, what will one day unfold on the theatrical, cinematic big screen, and especially on IMAX screens, too, is going to be more than stellar...it's going to be VERY good (and NOT bad) for a true epic that is peopled with all kinds of animated characters, including the ones from history!
January 18, 2026 at 12:10 AM
After all, who wouldn't want to see YOUR favorite cartoon characters (as well as mine's, especially) embark on an epic quest to save their world from the forces of evil threatening it all?
January 18, 2026 at 12:10 AM
Hopefully, any online overreactions to Planet of the Toons, developmental work and planning on which is still ongoing as I'm writing this, will settle down, and people will one day be able to enjoy my epic all the way through from start to finish, from beginning to end, and from first frame to last.

Now, there's actually nothing really wrong or too deviating or even disrespectful towards any of the original classic animated feature films and especially any of the animated theatrical or television cartoon shorts and shows that is ever intended in my Planet of the Toons epic at all!

Together, Fievel and all of his allies, companions, and friends - cartoon and real - will struggle through many exciting adventures and terrible dangers and hardships, as they journey to the castle of Mandark in order for Fievel and Tanya to save their world and restore order to the Cartoon Planet!
January 18, 2026 at 12:10 AM
Anyway, because of a prophecy stating that the Overlord's long, brutal reign on the Cartoon Planet will one day be destroyed by 'a mouse with the heart of a hero' (Fievel), Mandark called for his minions - robots, demons, even cats - to hunt down said mouse and destroy anyone who stand in his way!
January 18, 2026 at 12:10 AM
Although the world outside is unfamiliar to the three Mousekewitz children, along the way, Tanya, Fievel, and their youngest sibling Yasha met several most unusual companions in ACME Forest, from Dexter the Boy Genius, to Daffy Duck and Bugs Bunny, to even three visiting astronauts from outer space!
January 18, 2026 at 12:10 AM
One winter night, the tranquil village life of the Mousekewitz family was disrupted by an attacking dragon...

And then the Children of Mousekewitz - Tanya and Fievel included - find themselves amid a cosmic struggle between good and evil that will decide the fate of the cartoon world around them.

But really, the story that I have in mind might also be that of Tanya and Fievel Mousekewitz, a youthful and very close-knit pair of sister and brother cartoon mice -- she a lovely, pretty and beautiful saloon show girl diva of a mouse, and he an adventurous gun-slinging cowboy of a little mouse:

Anyway, my epic's version of cartoon characters, and especially the famous and obscure ones from animation history, could boil down to this:

On an Earth-like planet orbiting twin stars and peopled with all kinds of cartoon characters, there ruled a wicked nerdy kid tyrant of a Dark Lord...Mandark:

And meanwhile, I'm also aiming, with my Planet of the Toons movie saga, to create, most unusually of all, a heroic depiction of animated cartoon characters, and including the ones from history, especially, that I felt Hollywood had never actually gave to the denizens of Roger Rabbit's ToonTown!
January 18, 2026 at 12:10 AM
Well, here I am, four years on, and I'm still pursuing my long-term goal of trying very hard to get that great, multi-part, CartoonLand or ToonTown-style epic film saga made, and especially in one simultaneous back-to-back go!

And who knows?

Planet of the Toons may well be THAT project of mine!
January 18, 2026 at 12:10 AM
But, I have to say that until four years ago, I had always wanted to develop and get made the GREAT EPIC MOVIE, or especially a very spectacular or serious science fiction/fantasy action/adventure film epic, that I felt ToonTown had never truly gotten since or outside Who Framed Roger Rabbit (1988).
January 18, 2026 at 12:10 AM
Actually, I do hope to keep on developing, writing, and attempting to get Planet of the Toons - or especially the whole, entire saga from start to finish - made as a big IMAX-friendly epic film project for awhile longer, quite unlike Dexter's Odyssey or any of my other film ideas prior to this one.

And, as for any additional plans that I will have for this year of 2026, I just don't know what or when, just yet.

But anyway, @chrisskeeter.bsky.social, and given that I had turned every day of my life into an increasingly high-flyingly epic adventure, maybe things will get better someday.
