While out #running these days, I’m easily distracted by trees.🤩 Am I noticing and enjoying fall foliage more or am I just less fit and enjoy the mini rest I get when I stop to take photos? 🤷♀️🏃♀️🍁🍂

I went out for a run & decided to take photos with any yellow blooms & foliage I came across - without trespassing or rolling around on a lawn full of buttercup!🌼 Pinks & reds seem to be the dominant colour right now but on a 5km route I did find some yellow. 🌼💛🌼 #coquitlam #running #fun
