1. Hegseth doesn't hold that power to cancel military code and every flag officer knows that.
2. Any flag officer that shows fealty to Hegseth over constitution deserved to be stripped of every single star.

They're smiling cuz they know they can't talk their way through the BS. Also, I'm delighted that all the GOP megadonors are gonna have to reach very deep into their ill-gotten wealth to fund all these districts that are clearly now up for grabs.

She should have fun when her Cuban-American constituents find out their Cuban relatives aren't fast-tracked anymore to US citizenship. That single issue has kept FL in GOP camp for a very long time.

Maybe if Gen Z voted (they could overwhelm Boomer vote) they wouldn't feel such despair. I've worked on GOTV for 15+ years and keep waiting for them to flood the polls ... and waiting and waiting. Voting in local races could fix housing, wages, transport, environmental issues. And yet ...

I few a lot in the 1970s as a kid (father worked overseas). I remember everyone lighting up on planes and I knew then it was wrong/disgusting. I clearly remember all the dirty ashtrays at plane seats. Imagine today w even 20 people lighting up.

I use AI daily (as does almost everyone - they don't realize it). It makes some tasks easier but it still takes me in the driver's seat. Could AI replace me? Maybe in the future, yes. But then customers will complain about mistakes and a company that blames AI won't stay in biz.

The good news is all flag officers now know explicitly that F47 and his minions will throw them under the bus ASAP. The bad news is we're gonna see a lot more retirements of highly qualified military leaders.
