I wonder if somewhere in their tiny little minds they know that most of the holidays they're so picky about were actually built on non-Christian seasonal celebrations that go back way before Jebus was even a twinge in God's celestial nutsack.

Besides. We all know that the only part of the Jesus story they really care about is the Passion. You'd think they'd be crusading more about generic spring celebrations usurping Easter. Which, they do sometimes, but not to the degree they do with Christmas.

I suppose some of it is them getting salty about Solstice and Kwanzaa, because of course they would. But the secular aspects of Christmas, plus the other three major holidays of the season, have been a normal thing for several generations already, so why get upset now?

When I was a kid in the '70s, I understood that the holiday season meant Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day, with Hanukkah and assorted advent-ish things in the mix, too, up to Epiphany in some denominations. When did they decide none of those other things counted?

Seems to me if the House can vote 427-1 and the Senate can vote 99-0 on the release of the Epstein files when Shit For Brains threatened them not to, then they can also impeach *and convict* him, and bring this stage of our national nightmare to an abrupt end.
