if i had to guess, i think this dust up is because guys can now equip the previously girl-only equipment like Ribbons and Perfume (although the people who complain about wokeness are really dumb, so it might be the translation)

The medical licensing lady in the finale was right, these people have been working together for too long and it's blurring professional lines because there is no way the hospital would let him come back after he confessed to stealing MAD drugs even if the charges got dropped

Owen and Teddie going on the run to evade arrest for stealing and distributing MAD drugs would have a cool story for them, instead we got thirty seconds of it in the finale and then they pop in on the premiere being like "yeah our lawyer got the charges dropped :)"

Hypertension is CANCELLED thanks to this one weird trick (handfuls of aspirin)
