Yeah. Sudo is really at that point. She's refusing most food except for pizza crusts. I tried giving her some of the actual pizza, and she spit it out.

The bed in question:
A human sized light gray dog bed in the corner of an office. It has a couple of pillows and a comforter. It is on a 16 inch raised platform with an extra memory foam bad on it. If there were a person in it, they'd be very comfortable.

The two above mentioned knives, along with a custom Danish friction folder. I have others, but these are the ones I like that I can also carry to school.

My favorite pen is the Waterman Carene in marine amber. It draws its lines from speed boats, for a double aquatic reference.

The pen has a smooth integral nib that neatly aligns with the body and mimics the prow of a speedboat, while the end of the barrel evokes a slant back stern. The coating of the body is a reddish brown that appears to have translucent and shimmering depth.

Newest addition to our menagerie:
Image of a blue poison dart frog (Dendrobates tinctorius azureus). It is on a brown mossy background, next to a green leaf. Its coloration is bright blue and black, with the head almost entirely blue and the speckle pattern fading so that its tail end is almost entirely black.

My knife roll, and a couple of the knives that live in it.
A wall hanging made of purple fabric backing with two rows of pink fabric pockets mostly filled with folding knives. The roof from which it is hanging can be removed, and the it can be folded and rolled up to transport the knives. A Kizer Velox, no longer in production. Hand made Danish friction folder, open. The "god triangle", a right triangle with angle theta marked, and three groups of two curved arrows showing which trig function relates two of the sides, and whether the "from" side of the arrow should be multiplied or divided by that function to find the value of the "to" side.

I love this inequality. It's the basis of the engineering approximation that 3 dB is a factor of 2 (or one half).
A progression of inequalities, starting with log base 10 of 2 greater than 0.3. Both sides are multiplied by 10. By log rules for multiplication, the left side becomes log base 10 of 2 to the tenth power, while the right side becomes simply three. The log is resolved by raising 10 to both sides. On the left, the log disappears, leaving only 2 to the tenth. The right side becomes 10 to the third power. Simplifying the exponents results in 1024 greater than 1000, which is true, so the original inequality is also true.

Sometimes self care is a fancy dinner with your favorite company:
Fancy plated pair of crab cakes with assorted breads and sort of old fashioned whisky drink in the foreground. Filet mignon in the foreground, pork chop with apple compote on another dish, and Meyer lemon grilled broccolini and lobster mashed potatoes as side dishes. Wide plate with a Meyer lemon custard on the right side, and extremely vanilla ice cream in the left. The custard has a bite out of it and the raspberry coulis is smeared because the photographer got too excited. In the back is a deconstructed creme brulee presented as a Napoleon swimming in a plate of caramel sauce.

Here's the script that I wrote for myself to read to them.
My name is [redacted] and I am one of your constituents. I believe we are facing a constitutional crisis. There are unelected people shutting down some parts of government, and looting others. I see federal officials engaging in horrific actions that are not sanctioned by the proper process of government. When you took office, you took an oath to defend the constitution. Under the first article of the constitution, you are the person qualified to do so. I do not need a poll on whether you should defend the constitution. I do not need to sign up for your fundraising list. I need you and your fellow democrats to fuck civility and do your goddam job.
