Boring basic middle aged dude. Not a fan of capitalism.
The ones here are brats like bald eagles! They stalk you while you fish and crab, screaming and scaring off the fish. If you catch one, hurry before they steal it!

We can keep some, but really have to balance it. We have 1200 and we're half the size of Sweden. Sweden has 10,000. A small percentage may be necessary for irrigation but most aren't. I'm good on nuclear if it's well regulated and managed safely with the community in mind. Japan not USSR style

We've had those at least since I was a little kid in the 90s and they proved in court that they didn't work sufficiently to keep salmon populations going. Fish ladders and passages just don't replace a natural river according to fish behavior across decades

Free the rivers! The salmon where I live were decimated by them and our sturgeon are barely hanging on. Indigenous nations here are successfully fighting for their fishing rights in court, including the right to restore fish populations

Hydro is actually very problematic. We're getting rid of our dams as we can here because it completely destroyed our previously very rich fisheries. If you have migratory fish, don't block them from breeding or you'll have a bad time

Indigenous nations here (US Washington State) recently won a huge court case ruling that dams break the treaty for salmon rights. I believe we're at 5% of the fish we should have, something like that. We need to get rid of FFs but also free the rivers and build more equitable green energy.

My grandpa taught me that lesson. He did us a favor by dying, but not enough to make up for the rest of his personality

Bet their families had to see that shit, too. Social murder is still murder.

Well they're willing to let the peasants die for stock prices so only seems fair

I don't think he was very popular.

So, no change?

It's terrifying when someone in a wet asphalt gray car doesn't turn on their headlights on a rainy 3pm night here in the Pacific Northwest. I drive a bright light blue car and would prefer more bright color options

There we go! That's a lot of women going through their lives a little less bothered now.
