Look I was in my 20s before I learned #2

#4 is almost exactly correct, some people will ghost that a sound in the middle where it sounds like it has two and a half syllables “leb(a)nin”

At my last two office jobs:

1) email, almost exclusively, some teams tried to make a Viva site and no one ever looked at it

2) I will look at everything but will know pretty quickly if it applies to me or not, if it doesn’t I’ll make a mental note but not really pay attention. 1/
