Hey nerds. Lamina Cribosa from the pig retina imaged with a lightsheet #microscope 🔬from @the.3i.social . I've been told this is impossible to see with a 2P or an OCT. Takes a stupid amount of time to image with a 1P. This was imaged in 35mins @1x1x2um vox. Happy #FluorescenceFriday.
