Very kind of you to say. It feels like the real audience for such a book would have been my father’s age. And written maybe 20 years too late. But maybe that’s just the thought in the immediate sting of the news of the closure? Perhaps with whatever happens next may be a determination.

I had to ask Gord about that line when we played a fest together in 2001. There was nothing aryan about them. He saw them play a legendary show at Lee’s Palace back in the late 80s.
