on the London Tribunals website, you can search all of the previous appeals - the vast majority are disallowed - for your penalty charge notice location, going back to 1999. I have searched them all for Essex Road. There isn’t a single previous appeal for a Hackney Carriage being in a bus lane.
A speedy response from London Tribunals, who before the new year is even in have listed my case for 24 June 2026.
I have submitted my appeal to London tribunals this afternoon. I am representing myself and I have chosen to appear in person. The Authority states that according to the unspecified "PCN rules" I have to provide proof that I was carrying a passenger, at the time of the bus lane use.

It is a late-12c copy of John of Salisbury's life of Becket w/Alan of Tewkesbury's collection of 598(!!) of Becket's letters!

Can add a little saffron bloomed in rose water, (redacted) blossom water, vanilla, strawberry extract, and rum too.
Whew, I understood this in such a way. One gets it if one makes stollen and adds a little mahleb and ground mastic like in the Greek tsoureki. Baltic German style.
