CREEDS COFFEE BAR

Big space to fill your cafe needs
And after you pay there will be a big space in your wallet
And if you have a few bucks left, you can blow it on a random selection of over-priced food

P.S. What ever happened to the dry cleaning business?

L'ESPRESSO BAR MERCURIO

With a Fiat parked just inside, this local meeting place screams: Have a quick sit down! Have a quick drink! And now I've gotta go! Ciao bella.

TACHS

P.S. The place is infested with University students, you've been warned.

HAUTE COFFEE

Slim, elegant space, with a modern-rustic decor.

TACHS

P.S. We appreciated the small bits of art, including the under-the-counter hands to store your phones as they suck energy off the grid, allowing you to make genuine connections with your neighbours, but I digress.

CROSSROAD KAFE

An intimate unpretentious experience.
Perfect for rainy days and Mondays.

CHAVETA COFFEE

Solid coffee (although it is usually liquid)

TACHS!

PS What is with the iconography? I get the coffee plant, but what is with the ulu knives?

EZRA'S POUND

I will not comment on the dirty saucers or the fact that the name sake of the establishment was an Italian fascist sympathizer. I will simply state that their selection of savory pastries at the lunch hour was a single cheesy chive bun, which tasted fine.

We were uptown and passed by ℙ𝕒𝕥𝕚𝕤𝕤𝕖𝕣𝕚𝕖 𝕊𝕖𝕓𝕒𝕤𝕥𝕚𝕖𝕟.

Perfection.

The cappuccino was like @williamshatner.bsky.social, the perfect balance of bitter and creamy.

The pilaf tasted askew
The tagine was just edible
But the pain was perdu*

CAFExBICA is not what happens when you cross a snack place and a bird beak (as spoken by an Italian grandma - sorry Nonna), but a local eatery.

Decor: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Ambiance: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
