Netflix owning hbo wasn’t on my bingo card and now I’m terrified they’ll do to it what they do to their originals

I’m really hoping they instead try a different format for new shows and retain the quality focus HBO is known for 😔

Certain foods are very high vitamin D

Checking the health information directly on your food when available is a good idea. For example, I like salmon, but wild salmon can have like six times as much vitamin D as farmed salmon per gram

For most healthy adults, taking under 4000 IU/d a day should be okay, taking more is bad

I typically take 1000 IU/d but I’m also Canadian and the sun is only out for about five hours during the time I’m actually awake and it’s very weak.

The general suggested dose for healthy adults is 600 IU/d.

I know it’s just a really shitty low mood brought on by hormones+dark af outside and I basically just need to sleep and take my vitamins and I’ll be fine eventually 👍🏻

I have my new doctor next week to talk adhd medication which might help with motivational issues
