Reading #dystopian #novels has become much harder to consume these days. This one really hit all the anxiety check points. Authoritarian government? Check. Population mind control? Check. Unwilling #resistance? Check. This was not for me, but #Sci-fi and #dystopian #booklovers will probably love it.

Bury our bones was excellent, definitely my favorite. The entire Skyland series has hit me hard in the feels. Margo’s Got Money Troubles was good too, going to be a show, I think. Fate Forged in Fire was a good start to a new series, curious to see where that one goes.

Those of us still fighting don’t stand for the things this administration is doing. And stating that publicly and often is a form of resistance. You’re entitled to your opinion, which is why I didn’t initially respond. But it feels like you’re close to the point but focused on blaming us as a whole

Based on this response, the blame and responsibility lies with those with the means to influence and enact these things. I sure do blame the generation before me for plenty of what’s wrong. But not all of them.

Would you blame German Jews during the Holocaust? They were citizens of the countries that were ushering in authoritarianism. Grouping together an entire country based off of the portion that voted for him is an over generalization.

There are plenty of trusted journalists that will report it without giving him any attention from the rest of us. Let his ratings tank.
