So ready for sincerity to come roaring back to avalanche over performative bullshit and cynical posturing of "values" and "integrity".

Insisting that one can simply, flatly say the right phrases in the right places, hold the right objects, and pay off the right individuals, that that makes you "good" and thus free to look down on everyone else, is insane and bearing flase witness imo. It is the antithesis of my entire being.

My faith is complicated, and it is a continually learning process that I don't expect to truly 100% "complete" in my lifetime, because that isn't the point: learning more about love and the ways it manifests is the goal.

The thing that gets me is the "military seizing ballots". Like, one, can't wait to hear about every serving member of the military being good with following that illegal order. Two, that miiiiight just cause a backlash to dwarf all other backlashes. Folks cannot imagine how pissed people will be.
