Trump renames Department of Defense the 'Department of War'
The US president will sign an executive order permitting use of the Department of War as a 'secondary title' for the sprawling department, a White House document said, apparently due to its official name being set in law. Trump in recent weeks has said that he wanted to make such a shift, claiming the department's title was too 'defensive.'

Why doesn't Linux increment the major version on every LTS release rather than arbitrarily? Surely it would be easier to remember that the LTS is always the x.0 version of the kernel. Or maybe increment on the next release after the LTS - so the x.0 version is a fresh start.
