"Think It Over" by Cissy Houston was a #5 Billboard Disco Chart favourite from 1978. The late mother of Whitney Houston and formerly of 60's girl group Sweet Inspirations, Cissy had her own amazing voice which was showcased again in the #disco era. #dance #musichistory

"There But For the Grace of God Go I" by Machine was a #8 Billboard Disco Chart favourite from 1979. Arguably the most provocative and groundbreaking #disco song of the era, it was produced by August Darnell (Dr. Buzzard, Kid Creole). A big favourite of mine.

1/2 I thoroughly enjoyed Kate Voegele and Tyler Hilton’s #Toronto show last night. They are natural performers together and complement each others’ talents. “When the Stars Go Blue”, “You’ll Ask for Me” and “I’m Only Fooling Myself” were highlights.
