The cautions around wild water is not without reason. There's a lovely little paddling area, crystal clear, shin deep at most. The reason for me wearing beach shoes out on walks with the dog.

It's basically perfect. Despite that, it is still stop your breath cold. Deeper or faster would be fatal.
