There's an Enchilada Skillet going around that calls for ground turkey, but should be just fine if you sub a can of chickpeas for the turkey. Tofu would probably work as well - both are bland on their own and rely on spices for flavor.
I would guess any hotdish would be fine this way.

I keep a jar of powdered milk on-hand for cravings like this. Mac doesn't care how recently the milk was hydrated.

About half the things I cook are various stews and I just pour them over some variety of Rice-A-Roni.
If I'm feeling adventurous, I'll cover it with tater tots and bake it like it was Cottage Pie instead.

The problem with AI is the same as SharePoint when it first came out - it isn't a /product/, it's a /platform/, and it needs a dev team to make actual products out of it.

I love 'em and always put some out, but I'm one of the few that still digs them. I've tried teaching the grandkids about olive-fingers, but it hasn't caught on.
Now I bring out the little snack cups of them so I don't end up eating a whole can by myself.

I gave up sodas entirely a few years back and just when I think I'm putting too much sugar in my coffee I'll steal a sip from my wife's drink and it just smacks me how sweet they are.
