Indianapolis-based Brougher Developments is withdrawing a request to demolish 10 vacant homes in Stringtown, a near westside neighborhood. The developer appears to be selling the properties to an unknown buyer. The Stringtown Now neighborhood group views this as a win, but some residents did want the homes torn down.
