My goals this year are to finally kick it in to gear and grow as an artist. I will get back to it properly. I've barely done so in years and at one point I even called it quits. Not anymore though. We're back and I've got a pencil, world beware!

I have a pet mantis named Scyther. I let him out to hang out with me the other day and took these pictures of him on my orchid. Such a cool little creature I've enjoyed learning to take care of.

Started this piece yesterday then decided I'm just not really happy with how it's going. Thinking I might redo it in procreate. Acrylic markers are def going to take some getting used to vs alcohol markers that's for sure. Any tips for their use for sure appreciated 🥲

Got some printed to test. The bottom one I printed first and remembered to switch out the filament but didn't like the edges of the spaces. So redid and forgot to switch out the filament on the numbers. The paint could certainly look better but I'm actually proud of this so far.

I'm also prototyping a basic 3D printed spell slot tracker. I'm still new to this 3D modeling thing but it's proving to be more fun than expected. Very excited to see how it comes out printed.

Foil tokens finally?
I spent longer than I care to admit masking each foil so some parts are shinier than others. It makes the non-foil pop out way more 😊
