I wonder how many autistic people in the middle ages became monks or nuns? You can:
- Live with a small number of people
- Do the same routine every day
- Eat the same food all the time
- Spend most of your day painstakingly hand-copying books

Like, I know some people that would go for that now.

One of my other coaches says "If you are wondering how to solve an intractable problem such as whether you are autistic, that proves you are. NO NEUROTYPICAL person EVER wonders if they are autistic."
