This weekend I made a bonfire cake for a bonfire party. It was black cocoa cake with a vanilla and orange/malort (for my millenial pals…I’m not normally a fan of that particular potion, but I liked this a lot!) cream filling with chocolate buttercream icing and vanilla flames.

Multiple parking lots and a stream of cars full of people who also won’t get inside to see Bernie. This actually gives me hope. Show up on Saturday ,too, Wisconsin!

Got to the Bernie Sanders event in Kenosha too late. Me and I’d say a good thousand people were turned away because they hit capacity much earlier! Good!
